Full body strength and conditioning workouts with the use of bars, kettlebells and medicine balls.
BOOTY CAMP
Lower body workouts focusing on the 'booty' and building muscle, strength and size through exercises aimed at the whole lower body and core.
TOTAL BODY BURN
A class that uses multiple muscle groups at a time to burn maximum calories, build lean muscle, and improve overall strength.
HIIT
High intensity interval training to burn those calories and get you fit.
